Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that hold you back?
You’ve come to the right place. Imagine your future with less stress, more clarity - and space to breathe.
I’m Louise, a therapist who helps anxious minds find calm, clarity and confidence…
I specialise in helping people with anxiety, stress and sleep issues - so they can worry less, sleep better, and live with more ease and purpose.
I also offer specialist support to those experiencing peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms and to people who struggle with conflict and anger. Therapy is available in-person in Bristol and North Somerset or online.
Why you might be feeling this way
Anxiety and stress often shows up during times of transition:
A new job or change in career
Navigating relationships or parenthood
Burnout or pressure to perform in education or work
Menopause, health challenges, or big life shifts
Feeling overwhelmed by the pace of modern life and what’s happening in the world
We’re all shaped by the stories we’re told and the ones we tell ourselves.
When those stories start holding you back, it’s time for something different.
How I work
I take a supportive and structured approach to therapy. Combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - proven, practical methods - with hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques.
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy in Bristol and North Somerset in the southwest of England, UK and online.
Together we will:
Identify what’s keeping you stuck and set clear, realistic goals.
Explore tools to manage anxiety and sleeplessness, quiet your inner critic, and reconnect with your strengths
Build new patterns through personalised support, including recordings and resources
Create a sustainable action plan so you can feel calmer, more confident, and resilient - long after therapy ends.
You’ll walk away with a toolbox for life.
“Lou’s calm and caring manner made it easy to work with her and have the trust to feel comfortable, especially when in hypnosis.”
